Who Am I?
A Few More Words About Me

It is truly an honor and a gift to get to work with people, serving the body, mind and spirit. Together we can orient towards and come back home to balance, to health, to goodness. How may I serve you today?
I have lived a life oriented to various forms of service and feel a sincere, humble desire to serve. After three years in food service during high school, I joined the Air Force for eight years, serving in countries throughout Europe, the Middle East, South America and Asia. Following, I worked as a dedicated public servant in Oklahoma and Nevada libraries. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT), a Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (RCST®), an attuned Reiki Master and an ordained minister. I have prior training and education in Communication Applications (A.A.S.), International Relations (B.A.), Library and Information Studies (Master), United Nations studies (certificate) and Teaching English as a Foreign Language (certificate).
I have deep passion for travel, cultures and food. I meditate and write daily and enjoy walking with my dog (when the weather is cooperative! =)).
My approach is holistic and integrative, blending physical touch with energetic principles. I facilitate both relaxation and therapeutic sessions and seek to meet the client where they are in the moment, to ensure the best possible session and healing experience for each individual. Whether you have a desire for relaxation or conscious transformation and deep healing, I design all treatment efforts to facilitate gentle healing progress in each client’s highest and best interest. My specialized training includes lymphatic treatment (lymphatic massage as well as Manual Lymphatic Drainage and CDT for lymphedema patients), Lomi Lomi, Reiki, Energy-Medicine Healing and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. I am a graduate of the Bodhi Tree Center for Healing Arts (2020), in Carson City, Nevada.
